Has founded in 1985 as a subsidiary company of PT Fajar Mas Murni, PT Fajar Rawayan Utama (FRU) started its business to support its parent company especially for followed the tenders which need a company in medium scale. At the beginning of 2008 has started become rental and contractor company. Started with pavement road project, then continued with toll road and airport project. The main activity become business rental unit on mining sector as a drilling contractor.
